Paradies is dedicating the month of September to ending childhood hunger.
The company’s Dine Out for No Kid Hungry program will run through the entire month of September in 40 locations in 18 airports. Paradies will donate 25 cents for every cup of coffee sold in those locations to the No Kid Hungry organization.
“We are very excited to continue our support for No Kid Hungry and participate in this annual promotion,” says Bill Casey, senior vice president of food and beverage at Paradies. “Our team has enthusiastically embraced the opportunity to help support this significant issue which impacts so many children in our country.”
Paradies will continue this effort year-round by donating 25 percent of every kid’s meal served in its airport restaurants to the cause.
“Everyone—private citizens, businesses, policymakers, and nonprofits—has a role in helping end childhood hunger in America,” says Billy Shore, founder and CEO of Share Our Strength, the nonprofit that runs the No Kid Hungry campaign. “I encourage everyone to dine out often at participating restaurants wherever they are this September. Then visit NoKidHungry.org to join this national movement to ensure that every child in America has access to the nutritious food they need every day.”
