The Paradies Shops has debuted its new gourmet market, Say Si Bon, at Northwest Arkansas Regional (XNA).
The concept, a take on the French phrase “It’s So Good,” features sandwiches and salads, soups, wraps, breakfast sandwiches, coffee and cold beverages; it also offers snacks and chocolates from Jacques Torres Chocolates, Vosges Specialty Chocolates, Fran’s Sea Salt Caramels, Sarabeth’s Hot Chocolate and Funky Chunky Gourmet Popcorn.
“We are extremely proud to bring the first Say Si Bon to Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport,” says Gregg Paradies, president and CEO of The Paradies Shops. “I am very proud of our team for putting together a delicious assortment of fresh products that taste great. We look forward to expanding this concept into additional airports because the initial customer response has been tremendous.”
