Paradies Lagardère has been awarded two concessions packages at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). These packages will feature concepts developed specially for CVG by the operator, in addition to two proprietary brands that have already debuted in other U.S. airports.
“We’re excited that the new CVG shops will elevate the customer experience while bringing in local flair and providing another avenue to tell the story of our region’s unique offerings to travelers,” said Candace McGraw, CEO, Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.
The concepts coming to the airport will include Over-the-Rhine-Market, Seven Hills Essentials, Gaslight Gifts, Queen City Exposition, TripAdvisor, CNBC and TODAY, all retail outlets that will offer guests a large selection of snacks, travel essentials and souvenirs by national brands and local names alike. The semiSweet candy store and Books, Barrels, and Bridges bookshop will bring their specialty items as well. No Boundaries, the Scoreboard, Brooks Brothers, Brighton and Spanx will make an array of apparel options available to travelers with time to shop.
“Our proprietary concepts speak to the history, culture and exciting future for the city of Cincinnati and the region, and we’re offering several popular brands for travelers to enjoy,” said Gregg Paradies, president and CEO, Paradies Lagardère. “Paradies Lagardère has also incorporated innovation and technology into these offerings, which will not only make purchases more convenient for travelers, but provide an enhanced customer experience.”
The concepts will also allow customers the convenience of easy pay options such as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Mobile POS.
