Paradies Lagardère and Dallas-based Kent Rathbun Concepts, Dallas’ have opened Hickory at Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW). Located in Terminal B, this will be the third of four partner concepts from both companies at the airport. Whitetail Bistro opened in September 2016, and Abacus opened in March 2017.
Hickory is a sports bar serving creative barbeque, burgers and other dishes. Entrees include St. Louis-Style Pork Ribs while sides include Blue Corn Grits, Cheddar Mac & Cheese and Skillet Cobbler. Hickory focuses on seasonal ingredients and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
