Paradies Lagardère Opens Abacus At DFW

Paradies Lagardère, in partnership with Kent Rathbun Concepts, has opened Abacus restaurant in Terminal D of Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW). This is the second restaurant of three that Paradies Lagardère will open in the airport.

Abacus offers contemporary global cuisine made from seasonal ingredients. The menu includes small plates like Lobster Scallion “Shooters” and Hudson Valley Foie Gras. Breakfast will also be available with offerings like granola with honey yogurt, seasonal fruit or berries and a three-egg omelet with ham, spinach, mushrooms and white cheddar.
