Paradies Lagardère Opens First MYR Eatery

Paradies Lagardère has opened the Salt & Tide bar on Concourse A at Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR). The company plans to follow up this opening with a Starbucks slated to open later this summer.

Salt & Tide is the first location in a new concessions agreement between Paradies Lagardère and MYR.

“Paradies Lagardère is thrilled to add Myrtle Beach International Airport to our amazing list of airport partners,” said Gregg Paradies, president and CEO. “As travel continues to increase across the country, Salt & Tide’s engaging design and authentic local influences will be the beginning of what we know will be a long and successful partnership.”

Designed to support an underserved area of the airport, Salt & Tide features beer from popular local breweries such as New South Brewing, Tidal Creek Brewhouse and Grand Stand Brewing Company. The concept also features a plentiful menu and a to-go cooler with fresh grab and go items.

“We are incredibly excited to launch our newest bar concept at Myrtle Beach International Airport,” said Scott Van Moppes, director of airports. “Keeping in theme with its name, Salt & Tide is a perfect representation of the laid-back, “coastal” atmosphere travelers enjoy in Myrtle Beach and it is a great place to stop for a drink and relax before your flight. We thank our partners at Paradies Lagardère for working to launch this exciting new offering just in time for the summer travel season.”
