Paradies Lagardère Opens New BOS Restaurant

Paradies Lagardère has teamed up with chef Karen Akunowicz to bring her take on the cuisine of Modena, Italy, and the welcoming energy of her popular South Boston enoteca Fox & the Knife to Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). The airport restaurateur has opened Fox & Flight, which offers offers travelers traditional Italian food and drink with modern sensibility by chef Akunowicz.

“Chef Karen is a local favorite in Boston, and we’re thrilled to have her providing passengers with a true taste of the city,” says Claude Guillaume, senior vice president of dining operations for Paradies Lagardère. “Guests can expect bold flavors, beloved Italian dishes presented in new ways and an Amaro-centric beverage program.”

The menu at Fox & Flight focuses on handmade pastas and bright antipasti dishes plus Aperitivo and Amaro programs. Like the Chef’s Fox & The Knife restaurant in South Boston, Fox & Flight merges traditional design with whimsical graphic artwork, and an exhibition kitchen to provide passengers a creative, cozy, and inspired neighborhood-like dining experience. The 2,965 square foot space offers a variety of seating options that can accommodate up to 95 guests.
