Paradies Lagardère, in partnership with Kent Rathbun Concepts, has introduced Whitetail Bistro at Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW).
Located in Terminal D, Whitetail Bistro offers French cuisine with a Texas twist. Menu items include the Cornmeal Crusted Texas Catfish “Fish and Chips” with Serrano chile-white barbeque tartar sauce and the Chargrilled Pork Albondigos with fire-roasted ranchero and cotija cheese.
