Paradies Lagardère’s Tedesco Passes

Renee Tedesco, vice president of business development for Paradies Lagardère, passed away over the weekend, the company announced Monday.

Tedesco, who died suddenly while exercising in her home, had been with the company since September of 2014.

“We are all shocked and saddened by this devastating news regarding our beloved coworker and family member,” said Gregg Paradies in a message from the company released Monday afternoon. “Renee was a very special person and a friend to so many of us. She loved the Paradies Lagardère family culture, ‘walked the walk’ of our core values each and every day, and did an outstanding job during her almost eight years with our company. She was highly respected throughout our industry, in which she spent more than 31 years building relationships and enjoying many successes.”

Prior to joining Paradies Lagardère, Tedesco spent nearly seven years as vice president of business development at HMSHost. Previous to that, Tedesco worked her way to vice president of properties and airport relations for Alamo and National Car Rental, where she led the development of airport and other location contracts. She was a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting.

Tedesco leaves behind grieving friends and family, including her son, Massey.
