Nikki Harland has been named vice president of human resources and Jeff Flowers has been tapped as regional vice president.
Harland will provide direction on everything related to talent management, team engagement, organizational effectiveness and learning and development. She has 19 years of human resources experience in a number of industries, most recently having been with Gap Inc.’s Old Navy Stores.
Flowers will oversee more than 30 of Paradies’ airport locations from the East to Midwest and will focus his efforts on serving as a mentor, operational visionary and coach, according to the company.
