Paradies Wins Expansion Contract At SDF

The Paradies Shops have been awarded a new six-year contract to expand its retail presence at Louisville International (SDF).

“The Paradies Shops is excited to continue our successful partnership with Louisville International Airport,” says Gregg Paradies, president and CEO. “With this new contract, we look forward to providing travelers with more celebrated brands and exceptional customer service.”

Four exclusive concepts will be found on the departure level, pre-security. Construction is expected to begin in early December, and the stores are slated to open in time for the 2010 Kentucky Derby.

Churchill Downs will offer gifts and merchandise from the famous sporting arena.

For customers wanting branded apparel, gifs, souvenirs and personalized bats, Louisville Slugger will be their destination.

At The PGA Tour Shop, licensed PGA Tour apparel and accessories will be available.

And hometown store Heine Brothers to Go will offer its popular coffee drinks in the baggage-claim area.

Travelers who have gone through the security check point will find Brighton Collectibles, CNBC News, Experience Kentucky and Finish Line News.

Paradies will also include a recharge station for cell phones, computers and other portable devices, as well as continue its Read & Return Program.
