The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is seeking solicitation responses for designing, building, financing, operating, and maintaining parking facilities, a hotel, and other commercial development at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) Request for Qualifications (RFQu), AVN RFQu 18-042.
AVN RFQu 18-042 will be issued on or about April 2018 and will be available, along with required attachments, by visiting www.phoenix.gov/solicitations/1445.
