Bhavesh Patel has resumed responsibility for management of Unison Consulting’s retail concessions planning and management practice, the firm announced.
Patel was placed on administrative leave in February pending the resolution of legal matters related to his previous position as chief revenue officer at Denver International Airport (DEN). According to Unison, the Denver District Court granted Patel’s motion to dismiss the case, and he resumed his duties at Unison on July 16.
Patel says he faced “groundless accusations that were not and could not be substantiated,” and that he is eager to return to leading Unison’s retail practice team.
“I continue to have every confidence in Mr. Patel and am pleased that the matter is resolved,” says Yovette Drake, president of Unison Consulting. “I am happy Mr. Patel can now get back to doing what he does best – planning high-impact concessions programs.”
