Legal Sea Foods and Brookstones in the D/E Connector of Philadelphia International (PHL) have been named restaurant and retailer, respectively, for the quarter for Q1 2010-2011 by the Philadelphia Marketplace Food & Shops.
As part of its Cutting EDGE! Program – Excellence Drives Great Experiences – each concessionaire earns points for great customer service and participating in marketing programs. Legal Sea Foods and Brookstones had the most points, making them Merchant of the Quarter.
Legal Sea Foods is known for lobster, crab cakes, New England Clam chowder, shrimp, salmon, salads, sandwiches and desserts. It serves three meals a day, as well as takeout in the B/C Connector.
At Brookstone, customers can find gadgets and innovative products. It can be found in the International Terminal A-West and the B/C and D/E Connectors.
