Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)’s PHL Food & Shops will commemorate Hispanic Heritage Month with a wide array of events honoring Latinx culture and community. Celebrations will include traditional Panamanian dance performances; a salsa dance workshop; an all-ages arts and crafts workshop; a panel discussion on Hispanic cuisine and tasting with Philly-based chefs Amy Rivera-Nassar, Julio Rivas and Jennifer Zavala and concessionaires OTG Management; an on-the-go churro tasting from EL Merkury Churro Bike as well as displays from Hispanic and Latinx authors at Evolve, Heritage Books and Hudson News.
