Travelers can catch a fresh seafood meal at Philadelphia International (PHL) now that the Philadelphia Marketplace Food & Shops has debuted Legal Sea Foods.
The full-service, sit-down restaurant, which opened May 15 in the B/C Connector, plans to serve a majority of the restaurant group’s signature menu items such as lobster, crab cakes, New England clam chowder, shrimp, salmon and a variety of sandwiches, salads and desserts; it will also feature a full wine and cocktail menu.
“We’re excited to offer our passengers great seafood in an upscale dining atmosphere,” says Clarence LeJeune, president of the Philadelphia Marketplace Food & Shops. “Legal Sea Foods is just a taste of what is to come in the next year at PHL, and we’re looking forward to adding even more merchants to our great restaurant and retail mix.”

AeroClinic and the Philadelphia Marketplace Food & Shops will be holding monthly blood pressure screenings at the airport.
From 9 to 10 a.m. on the third Thursday of the month, screenings will take place on the B/C Connector stage, across from the food court. Passengers and airport employees are both welcome to be screened.
“The health of our passengers and employees is very important to us at PHL, and we are proud to support AeroClinic in offering these important preventative screenings,” says LeJeune.
AeroClinic, in the A/B Link, is a quick-care clinic available for travelers and airport workers in need of minor ill- and well-care treatment. It is staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants who see patients in 15-minute increments, on a first-come, first-served basis.
