With the first phase of the Terminal 4 retail overhaul almost completed, a variety of new retail locations have opened at Phoenix Sky Harbor International (PHX).
New pre-security offerings include Bunky Boutique, Johnston & Murphy, Sunglass Hut, iStore, Mosaic and Roosevelt Row.
The new post-security stores are 12 News, Arizona Highways, Brooks Brothers, Cactus Candy (two locations), Connections, Earth Spirit, eSavvy (two locations), Fire CZ, TODAY and Uno de 50. A Hudson store and XpresSpa will be opening in post-security soon.
The new stores were part of the first phase of retail contracts that were awarded to Lagardère TR and Partners LLC, Avila Retail Development and Management LLC, HG Phoenix Retailers JV, Paradies PHX LLC and XpresSpa Phoenix Airport LLC.
The second phase of new retail offerings will come to Terminal 4 soon. Dependent on city council approval, phase two concepts will open by the end of 2017.
