The Piedmont Triad Airport Authority (PTAA) has issued a Request for Proposals from interested parties to operate the Food & Beverage Concession at the Piedmont Triad International Airport.
A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for October 9, 2015 at the Airport. The conference will be held from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM in the Stanley Frank Board Room. Deadline for reservations for the conference is October 7, 2015.

Proposals submitted in the format required by the Request for Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 pm, Wednesday, October 28, 2015 in the PTAA offices at the Piedmont Triad International Airport.
In accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2004d-4) and the applicable Regulations, PTAA hereby notifies all Proposers that it will affirmatively ensure that, in respect to any contract entered into pursuant to the Request for Proposals, disadvantaged business enterprises and airport concession disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit Proposals in response to the Request for Proposals and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color or national origin in consideration for an award.
