Hong Kong-headquartered Plaza Premium Group this week launched Smart Traveller, an app-based rewards program to better help passengers quickly access and enjoy a wide range of services and travel-related products from the company and its participating partners.
Featuring an easy-to-navigate interface, Smart Traveller lets Plaza Premium Group members quickly check the latest exclusive offers, keep track of benefits and rewards, and redeem points.
The new mobile app includes the Global Air Travel Reward Marketplace, which curates travel-related products and services with the likes of private lounges of airlines and alliances redeemable with points or at a discounted rate, in addition to Plaza Premium Group’s airport hospitality services for members to enjoy the best of the travel world at their fingertips.
Smart Traveller includes a dedicated WiFi login and instant redemption on-site of products and services. The company said digital admission to lounges and food self-ordering via the app and a mobile device will be introduced at a later stage, facilitating a touchless process for a worry-free member experience.
