Stellar Partners has appointed Ellery Plowman as its new director of business development.
In her new position, Plowman’s responsibilities will include developing and managing airport relationships, as well as winning new contracts.

Plowman has 28 years of experience in retail management and business development. She previously was principal and founder of Elleco. She has also served as vice president of business development and leasing at Westfield.
