Health-focused, fast-casual brand Protein Bar & Kitchen has recently opened new outposts at Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC), operated by OHM concessions group; Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD), operated in partnership with ACDBE-owned BT Express and DCGG and at New York LaGuardia International Airport (LGA), operated by ACDBE partner Shree. Menus at the newly opened locations feature protein-forward smoothies, Açaí bowls, salads, wraps coffees and other beverages. The company also plans to launch a location at Boise Airport (BOI) in 2025 that will be operated by concessionaire Delaware North.
