Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) has opened its latest eatery, Cactus to Clouds bar and restaurant. The mid-century modern-themed eatery located in the airport’s Sonny Bono Concourse atrium will be operated by concessionaire Paradies Lagardère. Cactus to Clouds offers all-day menu items like breakfast sandwiches and overnight oats, paninis, chicken Caesar wraps and tiramisu for lunch and dinner, as well as a well-rounded bar menu featuring local draught beers and signature cocktails like the Mojave Mule and Cumulus Margarita. Cactus to Clouds is one of several new PSP concessions that will open by early 2025 as part of its current concessions and retail expansion.
