Local favorite Purebread Bakery has opened a location at Vancouver International Airport (YVR), providing travelers with freshly baked goods.
The YVR location, Purebread’s seventh overall, is located near the YVR international food court on Departures Level 3 and offers breads, cookies, scones and more.
“As we continue to reimagine the culinary experience at YVR, I am thrilled to welcome Purebread to the airport,” said Eric Pateman, chief experience officer and vice president, passenger experience at Vancouver Airport Authority. “Adding best-in-class and beloved local brands has been a key focus for our team, and Purebread embodies our goal of providing unique concepts and dining options that elevate the travel experience and serve our community.”
YVR has added 14 new food & beverage openings in the last 18 months, including Salmon n’ Bannock On The Fly, The Dirty Apron, Pacific Farms Market and Japadog.
