The Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC) is providing complimentary “PVD Cares Kits” upon request for travelers in need of a face covering, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant wipes to help them in their safe travels at T.F. Green Airport (PVD).
“We appreciate all those who choose to fly PVD and are committed to doing our part to make your airport and travel experience healthy, safe, pleasant and easy,” said Iftikhar Ahmad, RIAC president and CEO. “We remain dedicated in our efforts to continue enhanced cleaning and sanitization throughout the airport and are happy to provide complimentary ‘PVD Cares Kits’ as everyone needs to be part of the solution to stop the spread of COVID-19.”
Airlines have also implemented their own enhanced cleaning and sanitization initiatives the airport, and all carriers serving PVD now require that all passengers wear face coverings throughout the duration of their flight to combat the spread of COVID-19.
