The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority (the “Authority”) is seeking competitive proposals for the operation of news, gift and specialty retail concessions in Terminal 2 located at Raleigh-Durham International Airport (the “Airport”). Request for proposals (RFP) documents are available at rdu.com/concessions.
All Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM (EST) on Wednesday, September 16, 2016 at the Administrative Offices of the Authority. Shipping packages should be sealed and marked on the outside “Terminal 2 Retail Concessions, Package #, Raleigh-Durham International Airport”, and have the name and address of the Proposer printed on the pagackage. Proposals received after the time stated above will be returned unopened. The Authority, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to extend the response date for Proposals.
A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on August 19, 2016 beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Administrative Offices of the Airport Authority located on 1000 Trade Drive, RDU Airport, NC 27623, across from Advantage Rent A Car.
