Orange County Human Resource Services invites applications for the position of Real Property Agent III, Airport Concessions/Property Management, at John Wayne Airport. The Real Property Agent III will perform highly complex work related to airport property acquisitions, commercial/retail real estate appraisals, requests for proposals (RFP), leases, contracts, and property management functions related to the airlines, concessions, general aviation, real estate and ground transportation that directly affect the daily operations of the airport.
