The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority’s (RTAA) Purchasing and Materials Management Division, in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter §§332, is currently accepting sealed Proposals from qualified financial institutions to acquire automated teller machine (ATM) services that will provide passengers at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) with consistent, first-class ATM machines, products, and services together with other fixtures, equipment, and furnishings as necessary.
All sealed Proposals for RFP #21/22-09 shall be opened at 2:00 PM, local time [PST], March 25, 2022.
Solicitations and addenda are available on-line on the Nevada Gov eMarketplace (NGEM) website located at the following address: https://nevada.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. You must register in the NGEM Supplier System to continue to receive Bid/RFP/RFQ solicitations. Your Supplier Registration profile will be shared with all participating government entities.
Pursuant to NRS §332.065(3), the RTAA is prohibited from entering into a contract with a company unless the contract includes a written certification that the company is not currently engaged in, and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel.
Participation in this solicitation requires the submitting Consultant to be in compliance with the General Civil Rights Provisions found in 49 USC § 47123 in addition to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
The RTAA in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
