The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) Purchasing and Materials Management Division is soliciting proposals from qualified airport advertising concession firms desiring to manage and operate a non-exclusive airport advertising program concession at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) in Reno, Nevada. All interested parties are required to register in the Nevada Gov eMarketplace (NGEM) Supplier System at https://nevada.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. After registering, the proposal solicitation may be obtained by downloading it and any addendums directly from the NGEM website. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and tour is scheduled for Thursday, August 26, 2021, at 1:30 PM PST in the River Room at RNO. All proposals must be submitted no later than Thursday, October 21, 2021, at 2:00 PM PST.
