The Airport Commission has commenced the Request for Bids (RFB) process for its On-Airport Rental Car Leases. The RFB includes exclusive rights for rental car operators to occupy space at the Consolidated Rental Car Center at San Francisco International Airport.
The minimum acceptable bid amounts for the Leases are 8.5% of reported gross revenues for calendar year 2017 from existing operators at the Airport or $450,000.00 from companies not currently reporting gross revenues to the Airport. The Leases have a five-year term with two (2) two-year options to extend, exercisable by the Airport Commission. Base Rent for all Leases shall be the higher of the Minimum Annual Guarantee or 10% of Gross Revenues. Small, local and disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to participate.
An Informational Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Terminal 2 Partnering Conference Room, at San Francisco International Airport.
