REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) for Inter-Terminal Train (ITT) Subway System Modification Consultant/Contractor at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)

Solicitation No.: (RFI) HWC-IAHAPM-2019-007

The City of Houston, Houston Airport System, is requesting information and input from qualified firms through this Request For Information (RFI) for innovative strategies and approaches to renovate, modify, refurbish, manufacture, install, and operate the ITT Subway System at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), which provides non-secure connection between all existing terminals and a hotel on a single lane guideway, approximately two miles.

An Information Conference and Tour will be held at 10:00 am CST, Thursday, April 11, 2019, located at the Houston Airport Marriott at George Bush Intercontinental 18700 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Houston, TX 77032. The tour will immediately follow the conclusion of the meeting.

RFI Written Responses are due Thursday, May 30, 2019 no later than 2:00 pm CST.

All submittals must be provided in a sealed box/envelope clearly labeled on the outside with the name and address of the Responding Firm and indicate the contents to be:

All firms interested in responding should obtain a copy of the RFI that contains detailed information concerning the Information Conference, Tour, and submittal requirements.
