Call for Expressions of Interest:
The City and County of Denver, by and through its Department of Aviation (City) is requesting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from current airport passenger lounge service operators wishing to provide design, construction, maintenance, and operation of one or more full-service passenger lounges at the Denver International Airport (DEN). City has identified four (4) potential locations for these passenger lounges at DEN, with the primary opportunity being a common use passenger lounge on A Concourse. Respondents must choose from one of the locations on A Concourse as the primary (Common Use Lounge) location. Secondary opportunities for development of additional passenger lounges on A Concourse and/or C Concourse are available once the primary Common Use Lounge location and concept has been identified.
A Mandatory Question and Answer Session is set for 2:30 PM, MST, Thursday, September 14, 2017, in the City Conference Room, located within DEN’s Jeppesen Terminal, Level 6. All attendees are required to sign in at the mandatory Question and Answer session. At this conference, DEN representatives will answer questions regarding this RFI, including any written questions submitted to the City prior to the conference.
Written questions for the Question and Answer Session are due by 2:00 PM, MST, Friday, September 8, 2017, and must be submitted to April Hannon via Email: [email protected] (with this specific opportunity identified in the subject line).
All subsequent questions and comments must be received no later than 2:00 PM, MST, Friday, September 29, 2017. City will post all questions and answers on the DEN Contract Procurement website, http://business.flydenver.com/bizops/rfp.asp following the deadline for submittal of questions.
All EOIs must be sealed and identified as to content and be received by April Hannon, Business Management Services (Procurement), Administration Office Building (AOB), Room 8810, Denver International Airport, 8500 Pena Boulevard, Denver, Colorado 80249-6340, no later than 2:00 PM, MST, Friday, October 13, 2017. Late EOIs are non-responsive and will not be considered.
