The City of Houston, Houston Airport System (HAS), HAS is seeking proposals (“Proposals”) from concessionaires (“Proposers”) who can provide the installation, operation, maintenance and management of luggage carts and other self-serve passenger services at George Bush Intercontinental Airport and William P. Hobby Airport (collectively “Airports”). The contract term will be five-year agreement with the possibility of three one-year renewals for Self-Serve Passenger Services at the Houston Airport System.
Pre-Proposal Conference: Tuesday, June 25, 2019, 10:00 A.M. CST
Proposal Submittals are due Thursday, July 25, 2019 no later than 2:00 P.M. CST

All submittals must be provided in a sealed box/envelope clearly labeled on the outside with the name and address of the Responding Firm and indicate the contents to be:
“HGH-SPSS-2019-009, Request for Proposal-Luggage Carts and Self-Serve Passenger Services.”
Late submittals and submittals delivered to locations other than the one specified above will not be reviewed for any reason.
