The City and County of Denver, through its Department of Aviation (City or DEN) seeks competitive proposals for the following concessions concepts to be operated at the Denver International Airport:
RFP No. 201951175 – B West Expansion Food and Beverage Marketplace
B West 3 Subcore. This will be a multi-concept location including at least coffee, quick serve restaurant (QSR), and casual dining with full-service bar. Location will be approximately 3,774 square feet.
RFP No. 201951182 – B East Expansion Food and Beverage Marketplace
B East 3 Subcore. This will be a multi-concept location including at least coffee and casual dining with full-service bar. Location will be approximately 5,636 square feet.
RFP No. 201951183 – C East Expansion Sub Core 2 Food and Beverage Marketplace
C East 2 subcore. This will be a multi-concept location including at least coffee, quick serve restaurant (QSR), and casual dining with full-service bar. Location will be approximately 8,572 square feet.
RFP No. 201951185 – C East Expansion Sub Core 3 Food and Beverage Marketplace
C East Concourse subcore. This will be a multi-concept location including at least coffee, quick serve restaurant (QSR), and casual dining with full-service bar. Location will be approximately 8,572 square feet.
Documents Available: Request for Proposals (RFP) documents will be available on the DEN Contract Procurement website at http://business.flydenver.com/bizops/proprfp.asp available on September 5, 2019.
Proposals Due: All proposals must be sealed and identified as to content and be received by the DEN Contract Procurement no later than 2:00 PM, Denver Time, November 4, 2019. Proposals received after this time will be rejected by DEN and returned to the proposer unopened.
Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference: A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 2:00 PM, Denver Time, September 23, 2019, in the City Conference Room, located in DEN’s Jeppesen Terminal, Level 6, west inner core. Multiple Food and Beverage opportunities will be discussed at this same pre-proposal conference. Attending the meeting will qualify for all RFPs discussed during the meeting. Failure to attend will disallow Proposers from submitting a proposal in response to this RFP.

RFP Questions: Written questions are due by 2:00 PM Denver Time on October 8, 2019 and shall be submitted to April Hannon via email at [email protected].
ACDBE/MWBE Requirements: The Commerce Hub has established a 33% ACDBE goal and The Division of Small Business Opportunity (DSBO) has established a 25% MWBE goal type participation.
