The Airport Commission has commenced the Request for Proposals (RFP) process for an Airport Luggage Cart Lease and Operating Agreement at San Francisco International Airport.
The proposed minimum financial offer is $650,000.00. The Maximum Annual Service Fee for the free carts in Customs program is the lower of $1.45 per luggage cart or $2,976,762.00 for Year One. The term is for three years with one (1) three- year option. Rent shall be the higher of the Minimum Annual Guarantee or 25% of Gross Revenues. Small, local and disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to participate.
