The Airport Commission is accepting Proposals for the Shoeshine Service Lease at San Francisco International Airport. The Lease comprises four shoeshine locations in Terminals 1, 2 and 3. The term is three years with one (1) three-year option to extend. The annual rent shall be the higher of the Minimum Annual Guarantee, set at $27,500.00 for the initial year, or five percent (5%) of Gross Revenues.
Small, local, and disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to participate.
Proposals will be received through the RFP Web Portal at rfp.flysfo.com , and original Proposal Bonds at the Office of the Chief Business and Finance Officer, c/o Revenue Development and Management, 575 N. McDonnell Road, 3rd Floor, Room 3-329, San Francisco, CA 94128, from 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, for the Shoeshine Service Lease.
