San Francisco International Airport is accepting proposals for the International Terminal Duty Free and Luxury Stores Lease. The Lease is for the management and operation of 10 Duty Free and Luxury Stores locations in the International Terminal, and one location in Terminal 1.
The minimum annual guarantee is $42,000,000.00, and the Minimum Acceptable Percentage Rent Offer is Thirty Percent (30%) of Gross Revenues. The proposed term is fourteen years.
Proposals will be received through the Airport’s RFP Web Portal, which will be open starting at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 11, 2017 until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 15, 2017.
