The Airport Commission has commenced the Request for Proposals (RFP) process for the Shoeshine Service Lease.
The Lease comprises four shoeshine locations in Terminals 1, 2 and 3. The Lease term is three years with one ( 1) three-year option. The annual rent shall be the higher of the Minimum Annual Guarantee, set at $27,500 .00 for the initial year, or five percent (5%) of Gross Revenues . Small, local and disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to participate.
The Informational Conference will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018, at 2:00p.m. at the Terminal2 Partnering Room, at San Francisco International Airport.
