McCarran International Airport is pleased to issue four RFP’s for 6 Specialty Retail Concessions (128-18), one operator for Automated Snack and Beverage (129-18), Airport Concierge Service (130-18), and Automated Specialty Retail (131-18). The Pre-Proposal Conferences will be held at 10:00 a.m. (PT) in Terminal 1, McCarran International Airport, Commissioners Meeting Room (CMR), Fifth Floor on the following dates:
- RFP 130-18 Airport Concierge Service – April 20th, 2018
- RFP 128-18 Specialty Retail Concessions – April 27th, 2018
- RFP 129-18 Automated Snack and Beverage – May 4th, 2018
- RFP 131-18 Automated Specialty Retail – May 4th, 2018
A site tour of respective areas will be conducted immediately following the Pre-Proposal Conferences. Proposers are NOT required to attend the Pre-Proposal Conferences or the site tours. Proposers attending the site tour must RSVP to [email protected] with a photocopy of each person’s driver’s license (max 2) and, “RFP number & name ” in the subject line, by Thursday, April 19, 2018.
