Do you have airport and restaurant experience as Owner’s Rep Project Manager? We are looking to hire a Project Manager who will support our Restaurant Construction operations for mall locations, airports, stand-alone and outlet centers.

The main function of a Project Manager (PM) is to manage the development of multiple projects using approved processes, specifications and budgets. Projects consist of managing budgets, brand specifications, architectural documents, contractors, materials, equipment procurement, site visits, job schedules, invoice processing and Franchisee relationships for all new restaurant concepts for corporate and Franchisees having mall experience and developing restaurants in airports. They can also be remodels, small conversions or international. The Project Manager is responsible for insuring all the parties necessarily come together and complete the project on time. PMs report directly to the Vice President of Construction.
