FOOD AND BEVERAGE CONCESSION – 3 LOCATIONS
The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) is soliciting competitive proposals for the award of a 3-location Food and Beverage Concession package at the Jacksonville International Airport (JAX).
The 3-location package is comprised of: 1) a Concourse C Quick-Serve space consisting of 868 square feet; 2) a Concourse A Quick-Serve location consisting of 849 square feet; and 3) an expandable Pre-Security Coffee Café space consisting up to 2,394 square feet. The term of this leasing opportunity is 10 years.
