San José Mineta International Airport (SJC) is seeking Proposals to revamp the retail experience at the Airport. The Airport expects to create a modern, passenger-friendly shopping experience that includes a mix of artisan products and well-known local, regional, and national brands. SJC is looking for qualified Proposers to finance, design, construct, operate, and manage new retail areas within the Airport.
The City is offering two (2) packages, each package consists of five (5) post-security retail locations across both Terminals A and B, and one (1) pre-security location. Each Package includes concepts with hybrid locations that incorporate “Specialty Retail”, “Café” and “Travel Essentials” as part of the concept mix. Both packages consist of approximately 6,800 square feet of retail space.
