The Billings Aviation and Transit Department has named Jeff Roach, Aviation and Transit director, in charge of planning, directing and managing operations at Billings Logan International Airport (BIL) as well as the City of Billings MET Transit System.
Roach brings more than thirty years of experience in transportation, aviation and airport management to the position. He most recently serving as assistant vice president and executive director for John C. Tune Airport (JWN), the general aviation airport in Nashville. He also served as airport manager for Fairbanks International Airport (FAI).
“I am honored to become a part of the outstanding teams at Billings-Logan International Airport and Billings MET Transit,” said Roach in a release announcing his appointment. “Billings’ airport and transit system are poised to go to the next level, and I look forward to being part of that dynamic development.”
