The Maryland Aviation Administration, which oversees Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), has named Keiva Rodriques as its chief operating officer, while Diana Leon Brown has been named chief of staff.
Prior to joining the Maryland Aviation Administration, Rodriques worked as a consultant for the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Energy and the Federal Aviation Administration. providing strategic planning and project management. In her new role, she will be responsible for providing guidance and management for internal affairs related to administration.
Brown comes to the state aviation administration after a career that includes serving as director of strategic partnerships for the Prince George’s County Executive, senior administrative officer with the Broward County Board of County Commissioners and executive director for the Artem Leadership Institute. She will be responsible for guiding Maryland Aviation Administration external affairs, including strategic partnerships, advocacy, external relations and program management.
