Carlos Ruiz-Coll has been named the new director of commercial business at the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District, responsible for commercial business development of all aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenue business at Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP).
Ruiz-Coll comes to GSP from The Ohio State University Airport (OSU) in Columbus, OH where he served as manager, business development and airport administration. He also worked Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc., O’Hare International Airport (ORD), Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) and the Columbus Regional Airport Authority.
“As one of the fastest-growing regions in the country, the GSP Airport District has developed a world-class facility that makes its community proud,” says Ruiz-Coll. “I’m grateful for this new challenge to steward innovative opportunities that will make this vibrant community ‘Think GSP First.'”
Ruiz-Coll was selected following a national search conducted by ADK Consulting & Executive Search.
