Sam & Harry’s Joins Lineup At DCA

Sam & Harry’s has brought its renowned steaks to Ronald Reagan Washington National (DCA).

Westfield Concession Management and the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority welcomed the restaurant at its opening Dec. 9. The restaurant, which will be in the pre-security area near the entrance to Terminal C in National Hall, is operated by Areas USA Inc.

“We are very pleased with this new restaurant here at Reagan National Airport,” says James E. Bennett, president and CEO of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. “Sam & Harry’s nicely complements our restaurant choices at Reagan National, offering our passengers and their families and friends a great new pre-security dining option.”

The nearly 5,000 sq. ft. restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a space decorated with wine storage/displays in the entryways, granite countertops and laptop-charging outlets at the bar and high-top seating areas. Diners can also watch planes take off and land.

“We are thrilled to be bringing the best steak in Washington, D.C. to Reagan National Airport,” says Xavier Rabell, CEO of Areas USA. “Sam & Harry’s commitment to product quality and customer service is perfectly aligned with Areas USA’s goals, and I am looking forward to successful future partnerships. It was a great pleasure to work closely with Westfield and the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority on this exciting project.”

Sam & Harry’s has been a staple in Washington, D.C., since 1990. Its menu features USDA prime-aged beef, seafood, vintage wines and a raw seafood bar.
