The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority has selected a joint venture consisting of Hudson Group, Concourse Ventures Inc. and two Airport Concessionaire Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (Epicure Group International LLC and Martinez Niebla LLC) for two retail concessions packages at San Diego International (SAN).
HG-CV-Epicure-Martinez San Diego JV won the bid for Package 2, with four newsstands, a bookstore and a specialty store totaling 6,067 sq. ft. of selling space. Concepts include Sunglass Hut, Warwick’s of LaJolla Books, Gaslamp News with Caffe Calabria and Discover San Diego, Hudson News, Lindbergh Field News and San Diego Bay News with Caffe Calabria.
For Package 7, with two newsstands and a specialty retail store totaling 2,313 sq. ft., concepts include Lindbergh Field News, Gaslamp News and a Tech on the Go technology store.
