In an effort to make it easier for passengers to find their way around San Diego International (SAN), the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority has launched SANmap, an interactive map of the airport and its environs.
Even before getting to the airport, passengers will be able to use the online map – sanmap.san.org – to find shopping and dining options, locate rental car facilities and learn about amenities such as valet parking.
Travelers will also be able to access travel information including flight status, weather and parking rates. There are icons to denote restaurants and shops, bus stations and restrooms, and 360-degree panoramic views help acquaint passengers with the terminals.
