The Port of Seattle has announced new food and beverage concepts coming to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA)’s expanded C Concourse. Selected concessions include Nanny’s: A Northwest BBQ Joint and Seattle-based Filipino-fusion coffee shop the Neighborhood Café (both operated by joint venture BF Foods LLC/ Heigh Connects LLC); Seattle-based Great State Burger cafe (operated by Great State Burger LLC); Seattle-based Cobb’s Popcorn and a Bell Street Landing by Hudson market (both operated by HG SEA C-1 Retail Concessions, LLC); an airport outpost of Seattle-based grunge retailer Sub Pop Records (operated by Sub Pop Records); Seattle food and gift basket company Bite Society (operated by The City Catering Co. DBA Bite Society); Seattle macaron company Lady Yum (operated by Lady Yum LLC); a Connections Gourmet Market (operated by Bambuza South Waterfront); a location of Nevada-based Port of Subs shop (operated by Global Concessions LLC); an airport outpost of the popular Stumptown Coffee & Lucky Lounge and a new Buffalo Wild Wings Go (operated by Latrelle’s Concourse Foods LP); and an outpost of popular national brand Chili’s (operated by SSP America SEA). The concessions expansion is part of the airport’s C Concourse project, which is expected to be complete by 2026.
