The Port of Seattle has selected Bambuza Hospitality Group to develop a new gourmet market as part of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA)’s Concourse C Expansion Project. Connections Gourmet Market will offer a curated menu of specialty prepared foods and beverages with Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, and Filipino culinary influences and Pacific Northwest-sourced ingredients. The Concourse C Expansion Project is scheduled to open in 2026.
