The Port of Seattle will debut a pilot program offering food trucks in the cell phone lot at Seattle-Tacoma International (SEA).
“The three month pilot program is another opportunity to grow local, small business activity by the Port of Seattle in a new and innovative way,” the airport said. “This will also improve and enhance the experience for users of the cellphone lot with food trucks scheduled twice a day, seven days a week from 6 – 11 a.m. and 5 – 11 p.m. “
The program is set to debut, Monday, October 2. For the first day, several local food truck vendors will be on hand including The Grilled Cheese Experience, The People’s Burger, and Ezell’s Express II.
